Refund and Returns Policy Duration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, if this period has elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
For a valid return, ensure your item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Note that certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable Items Include:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds
In certain scenarios, only partial refunds might be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned after 30 days post-delivery.
Refunds Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you a notification. Post approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email us at ecropsinternational@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address, which will be provided.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your return’s value post the receipt of the returned item.
Shipping Returns
Return your product by mailing it to our provided address. You will bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
